We will not be homeless

We found a rental house! It is 3 br, 2 bath with a fenced yard and 2 car garage. The awesome part is they will do a 4 month lease and will take two dogs....yeah! It is only a couple hundred bucks more than the apartment, but way worth it to have a yard for the dogs. It is well updated and will work awesome for the summer. It is still close to work and a little closer to Ma Ma Nancy's. I feel so relieved to know we found something. We are still waiting to hear back about the inspections that our buyer had last week. Hopefully nothing major.
We had a babysitter lined up and had plans to go out for drinks with friends, but my allergies flared up and we just stayed home. I feel better after a good nights sleep thanks to some Benedryl. Had our usual breakfast at First Watch and we are going for a long walk with the dogs. Going to get in the car and find a new park or trail. The sun is out and no rain in the forecast..going to enjoy the day. Happy Mothers Day to all of you mommies.
