S-O-L-D!

That's right....SOLD! I can't believe it, one day on the market and we sold it. I thought it would be way harder then that. The girl that bought it is a single girl and she absolutely fell in love with the house. We had to counter a few times on the price, but got it right and she was very excited(which is what her realtor said). I had a few meltdowns, tears of sadness, joy, freaking out and just plain scared. We close June 29th and our house will not be done until mid September. We were planning on staying out at Billy's uncles clubhouse, but it is getting ready to flood today, so we shall see what is happening down there in a couple months. That would be ideal, Lucas could spend some time with his Grandpa and we would be low rent for a couple of months. The realtor is putting some feelers out for short term rentals, so I am being optimistic that everything will fall into place.
We have SS class this am and Billy is taking little man over to the NHRA to see some dragsters. He is going to love it, he loves any kind of motors and anything loud. He will have his earphones on, so I hope he will not be to fussy with that. He is major teething and quite crabby, so we will see how long he will last over there.
