We woke up this morning and packed the car for a family hike at Castlewood State Park. We trekked about 1.5 miles in rough terrain up hill to the bluffs for some scenic views. Billy had Lucas in the carrier on his chest and I hiked in front, Billy was exhausted after carrying 20 pounds on his chest up and down hill. Lucas loved the hike, he is such an outdoors man. He never fussed once and he even missed his morning nap. We then headed out to our boat and hung out at the marina pool, he loves!! the water. We had a nice visit with grandpa Bill and Uncle Russell. It has been a full day for the Johns family, I thought we would just lay back and chill since we are home, but you know us!!
